(1)All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery in original boxes.
 
(2) Unassembled cabinets that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
(3) Cabinets assembled by Terrawood Cabinetry are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Damaged or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. All semi-custom items are final sale. 
 
(4) Our warranty only covers defects in materials and does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper installation, improper handling/transportation.
 
(5) If any cabinets arrived damaged, customers must report damages prior to assembly or installation by sending photos to terrawoodcabinetry@gmail.com immediately upon opening the boxes. Please note photos should clearly show both the damaged components and the unassembled pieces to verify that the damage did not occur during the assembly/installation process.
