Stock Cabinets
(i)All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery in original boxes. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging. (ii)Unassembled cabinets that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. (iii)Cabinets assembled by Terrawood Cabinetry are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Damaged or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. (iv)If any cabinets arrived damaged, free replacement parts will be provided. Customers must report damages prior to assembly or installation by sending photos via email immediately upon opening the boxes. Please note photos should clearly show both the damaged components and the unassembled pieces to verify that the damage did not occur during the assembly/installation process.
Semi-custom cabinets
(i)All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been approved and submitted for processing. (ii)All cabinets, accessories, and related products are non-returnable and non-refundable. For this reason, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all order details prior to submission. Before placing an order, customers must verify all specifications, including but not limited to color, door style, dimensions and overall design. (iii)By approving and submitting an order, the customer confirms that all details have been reviewed and are accurate and complete. Once an order has been entered into our system, no changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges can be made under any circumstances. Any discrepancies identified after submission, including errors in style, finish, or dimensions are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
